About the course:
This is a new course for this year. Making your own bread and bakery lines have become very popular. There is nothing like having the satisfaction of making something yourself. The course will cover alot of different skills from moulding, cutting, piping and different mixing techniques.
THIS IS NOT FOR ANYONE ON A DIET!
Course Content:
Have you ever wanted to bake your own bread or make some delicious confectionary lines? Well now is your chance!
During the course you will learn how to make, shape and mould different breads and buns. Some of the delicious goodies we will make are: plaited milk bread, savoury fancy rolls, Chelsea buns, various scones chocolate chip cookies, fresh cream vanilla slices, victoria sponge and more!
Best of all you get to take all your products home! You will be provided with a recipe book with all the recipes and information you need to create your products at home. This course is for anyone interested in baking. No experience is necessary. All abilities welcome.
Entry Requirements/Qualifications:
No entry requirements.
Learning Style:
The classes are taught in an instructive but relaxed atmosphere, starting with a demonstration every lesson.
Equipment Requirements:
No equipment needed, all can be borrowed.
Assessment:
The course is 100% practical with no assessments or any written work.

Additional Information:
You may want to bring some containers with you, to take home your delicious goods! Please bring a tea towel. If you want to bring your own apron you can or use our plastic disposable aprons.
