Geraint joined the Board in December 2016 and became Chair of the Corporation in July 2017. He is a consultant for EY.
Martin joined the Board as an External Governor in October 2018. With 15 years of senior management under his belt, including 11 years as Deputy Principal at Sparsholt/ Andover Colleges, Martin is currently a consultant to the Further Education sector. Having graduated in Psychology at Leeds University, Martin began his career as a mental health social worker and has also worked and lived in France, Singapore, Philippines and the USA. In his spare time Martin writes, sculpts, gardens and loves to go away in his newly converted camper van.
Martin Sim has spent over 40 years working in the FE sector. He oversaw the merger of Pendleton, Eccles and Salford Colleges to form Salford City College, becoming principal and CEO in 2010. Initially training as a teacher of mathematics and progressing to curriculum leadership

Paul is Chief Operations Officer of Solent University. He joined the City College Board in July 2020. Paul is a keen supporter of linking digital, information and physical infrastructure across the built environment to maximise engagement with students . He speaks regularly on the role of integrated information, technology and place on successful student outcomes.
Gill Gould is the founding partner of Carswell Gould, an award-winning integrated marketing communications agency which has been based in Southampton for over 25 years. Gill joined the City College Board in November 2019.
James joined the College Board in June 2020. He is a Chartered Accountant who has spent his career working in leisure, property and food retailing businesses. He is currently Finance Director of a family property company as well as being a trustee of a number of local charities.
Daniel joined the Board on 31 March 2021.
